Renal Care Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their account and all associated health data.

Data deleted:

  • User profile
  • Blood pressure records
  • Dialysis records
  • Medication records
  • Weight records
  • All other personal health information

To delete your account:

  1. 1Open the Renal Care app.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Account Security.
  3. 3Select Delete Account.
  4. 4Confirm deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data is removed immediately from active systems and deleted according to our data retention policy.
